Estimating System By using Mitchell's Ultramate estimating system, we can provide you with an estimate that is both easy to read and provides current repair information for your vehicle. Our estimating system is updated monthly in order to provide the most accurate information possible. Wheel Alignment No job is complete until the wheel alignment is done. With the use of our Hunter Alignment System we are able to check and adjust both two and four wheel drive alignments. Our front-end alignments are performed by I-CAR trained technicians, who then test drive the vehicles to assure quality control. Frame Repair When necessary we have the equipment to return your vehicle frame to its factory specifications. Whether unibody construction or a conventional ladder frame, we can accurately measure and repair your frame using our Hein-Warner Shark measuring system. When completed, we even have the ability to provide a detailed schematic showing the critical areas of your vehicle. Color Matching In order to assure perfect color matching, we use only the best paint available from PPG. With PPG products, our technicians receive the finest available training in both color matching and paint application. With our PPG certification, we are also able to provide lifetime guarantees on our paintwork. Direct Repair Program (DRPs) Direct Repair Programs offers, automobile owner, a means for fast, easy claims and repair service after an accident. When you choose an autobody repair facility with a Direct Repair Program, you don't have to worry getting damage estimates, or scheduling an appointment with an adjuster. All you do is call your Agent or claims office, choose a pre-approved repair shop and take your car directly there.
